At Smart Gadgets Point, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.
1. Our 10-Day Return Request Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after this 10-day period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please do not send your item back to the original sender or address on the package. As we work with a network of fulfillment partners, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved. Sending items to the wrong address may result in delays or non-receipt of your return.
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information in your message:
- Your Order Number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your return/exchange
- Photos or videos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us immediately with details and photos, and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
For exchanges due to a change of mind (e.g., wanting a different color or size), the eligibility criteria and return shipping costs (as outlined below) will apply.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid return label or clear instructions for return.
- For Change of Mind Returns (e.g., wrong size/color, no longer wanted): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. These may include:
- Items where the return request is made more than 10 days after the delivery date.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
