1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During peak periods, processing times may occasionally be extended.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We aim to get your gadgets to you quickly! Our standard estimated delivery times are:

  • 3 – 7 business days for most destinations.

Please Note:

  • “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • While we strive for these delivery times, they are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen logistical issues, carrier delays, or customs procedures.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our “Track Your Order” page [Link to your store’s tracking page here, or a common tracking site like 17track.net or a direct link from your fulfillment app] to monitor your package’s journey.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Deliveries)

  • For customers in the UK and Europe, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and Value Added Tax (VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • For customers in the USA, orders are generally duty-free if the value is below a certain threshold (currently $800 USD), but this can change. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any applicable fees.

Smart Gadgets Point is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information specific to your region.

6. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different distribution points. This means you might receive multiple packages at different times, each with its own tracking number.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost: If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office and neighbors. Contact us at info@smartgadgetspoint.com within 10 days of the supposed delivery date so we can assist in investigating the issue.
  • Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage to both the package and the product, and contact us immediately at info@smartgadgetspoint.com within 3 days of delivery.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
  • If you realize an error after placing your order, please contact us at info@smartgadgetspoint.com immediately. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed for shipment.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is returned, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
